I have learned another perspective of pain; that it is a resistance to feel that which you have experienced and stored in your cellular memory and viewed as negative, fearful, in lack and/or victim consciousness. These recordings are held in your body, until you consciously begin to let them go.

Mind over matter can create miracles when empowered and aligned with your natural state of well being; yet for so many it has become a clever way to suppress one’s beliefs, experiences and emotions.

How do you do let go?

It begins with your choice to take charge of your vibrational life, and how you feel about it.

As we go through life we can have experiences that leave us with a real sense of trauma that produces a negative pattern of beliefs based on fear. Any fear restricts us from reaching our highest potential.

What role does fear play in our lives?
Fear can:

• Compromise our self worth, our values, and our identity
• Over time compromise our immune system.
• Keep us from doing simple activities that for most would be routine.

When we have these experiences, we empress it onto the DNA of the cell and if left unattended it can affect our lives over and over.

Overtime, years later, that emotion can be triggered by a current event and the emotion will flood back or be replicated in the now from the engraved blueprint of the human cell.
