What is a Nature Essence?

Honoring our agreement to work with the dynamics of co-creation with Nature, we have simply named our vibrational mother essences Nature Essences. This embraces all the mother essences we co-create, flowers and crystals.The further descriptive categories offer the environmental aspects of the essence, where it was made and what it contains; such as wildflowers, crystal light essences, garden essences, Mount Shasta, Teton and Sedona, etc.

How do I use a Gaia’s Own Nature Essence?

Gaia's Own Nature Essences are designed, first and foremost, to be taken orally under the tongue.

Stock level essences are suspended in 50/50 spring water, alcohol (vodka) with trace amounts of essential oils, unless ordered in water/vinegar prep. Take only one drop under tongue or as guided. More in volume is not necessary with these essences, and they will last longer.

Dosage level blends are 75/25 spring water, alcohol (vodka) with trace amounts of essential oils, unless ordered in water/vinegar prep. Take 4-7 drops under tongue or as guided.

You can take a single essence or several at the same time. They were created in harmony, to work together. Be clear in your intention of what you want these essences to assist you with, and then trust your intuition, muscle testing, dowsing etc. as to which are right for you each time you test.

Ask the Overlighting Deva or angel working with Gaia's Own Nature Essences to assist you in your choice and use. Keep checking in, so an overall balance is assured, as you expand and change.

Don't be surprised if you feel, and/or are guided to put the essences in your food or water bottle to drink during the day.

• Perhaps one or several in a salt bath to address your auric field and body. The water in the bath continues the horizontal theme.

• At times you may feel or know to place a particular essence drop directly onto an area of your body such as your wrists, pulse points, or over a specific organ, or on an area of your skin.

• Sometimes, what we think is an odd use, is the most simple and efficient way to address an issue you have focused on.

How long do I use the Nature Essences?

A day, a week, the whole bottle, a lifetime? Only you can decide what is best for you.

We will say if you found us, or were referred to Gaia’s Own, your higher self, body deva/elemental, and guides have matched one or more of our essences to your needs and desires as a means to fulfill and achieve them.

We will test frequency of use for each SFY blend ordered.

Frequency of use of the dosage is determined for a certain length of time, with the understanding that daily muscle testing by the client is the most self-empowering.

Can I use these essences with other self-empowering treatments and products?

YES.

We have experienced and been told of our essences are used with Acupuncture, Chiropractic work, Body Alignment sessions, Reiki, various forms of massage in the lotion/oils, as well as water offered before and after sessions. Gaia’s Own has now created the ART of REing Collection as a beautiful complement to such services.

Gaia’s Own and any essences you purchase can be utilized in conjunction with M.A.P. session work, and with various subtle energy balancing and DNA activations, QXCI or other vibrational technology.

It is our truth, that a conscious discussion about expectations, beliefs and desired outcomes when merging different protocols creates the foundation for well being and balance of all aspects of your life.

How do you make your mother essences?

We follow a traditional format of making our wildflower and garden essences.

Flower essences are made by cutting flowers in the peak of their bloom into a bowl of pure water. After solarizing for a number of hours, the water is filtered into a storage container and preserved with some form of consumable alcohol, such as vodka or brandy in a given percentage. This is called the "mother essence". Dilutions of stock and dosage levels are then made from the mother for sharing the essences with others.

Our Crystal Light Essences are made specifically as guided during moon cycles, equinoxes and solstices, auspicious cosmic cycles and upon occasion western and eastern holiday celebrations. They remain out for a three day/night cycle. When finished they are filtered and stabilized with 50% alcohol (grain vodka).

We at Gaia's Own are inspired by communion with Gaia; Pan as he represents global nature and our angelic guardians as to what flower essence is to be made when and where. From this interaction always come the specific attributes of the flower or crystal essence that will assist humanity. Our co-creation in this way evolves daily. It is our heartfelt desire to serve that urges us on in the making of each essence and co-creating each expansion that naturally follows.

Flower essences work on a vibrational level. Each flower holds it own resonance or frequency, which corresponds to a similar frequency or resonance when applied to the human body and it’s subtle energy bodies.

Research done at Perelandra in Virginia has offered the understanding that flower essences are a form of horizontal healing. When the electrical or vibrational pattern in the water of the flower essence crosses into the water in your body (usually saliva) it carries the specific quality, vibration to support "re-connecting" your electrical system.
